HEAVY DUTY GEAR PUMP SERIES AENX 

ANI  Engineers, an indegeneous manufacturer of gear pump in the country, has developed the heavy duty gear pumps with modified gear design series AENX under brand name  ANIVARYA which are quite  familier in the industry for pumping and transfer of viscous liquids, petroleum products and corrosive chemicals etc, made in Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and other specific material of construction. 
There pumps are useful to handle oils like FO,LSHS, HSD, LDO, Crude Petroleum, Wax slurries, Starch solutions, Glue etc. The standard construction of pump is in CI with optional availablity in Cast Steel, Stainless Steel etc. Other features of the pump are :  

1.  Self priming pump with flanged inlet/outlet

2.      Double helical herringbone modified profile gears of alloy steel with  Liquid Nitriding to provide superficial hardness equivalent to 50 HRCenhancing more wear resistance resulting in extended pump life

3.      Effective design of pressure relief valve so as to provide the  pressure adjustment from 1 to 12 Kg/Cm2.

4.      Good quality Needle Roller bearings with optional availability of
 
External or Internal lubrication.

5.      Optional availability for High Temperature (up to  200 Deg. C and evenmore) as well as High Viscous application.

The pump is availabe in a capacity range of 0.5 M3/Hr to 225 M3/Hr in sizes from 15 NB to 200 NB. The normal range of pressure is 12 Kg/Cm2 and Viscocity up to 1,00,000 CST.  Special pumps can be offered for higher pressure, viscosity and temperature  against specific inquiry.

The company also makes simple design CI gear pumps for general purpose oil transfer, flange mounted pumps specially developed for OEMs and Investment casted Stainless Steel pump for handling corrosive chemicals, acids, dyes, food products etc.
